Pray for Yourself:

• Ask God to open your eyes to see the harvest around you. John 4:35
• Ask God to help you demonstrate love for other Christians so the lost will recognize that you belong to Jesus. John 13:34-35
• Pray that when others see you they’ll know you’ve been with Jesus. Acts 4:13
• Ask God to help you testify to Christ with great power. Acts 4:33
• Ask God to make your witness “effective.” Acts 14:1
• Ask God to break your heart over the condition of the lost. Rom 8:1
• Ask God to make you a “fragrant aroma” to those who are perishing. 2 Cor 2:14-15
• Ask God to help you be a competent minister of the Gospel. 2 Cor 3:6
• Pray that you will reveal Christ’s light in the darkness. Gal 5:8-10
• Ask God to help you live by the Spirit, crucify your sinful nature, and display the character of Christ. Gal 5:22-25
• Ask God to help you fearlessly share the Gospel message. Gal 6:19-20
• Pray you will live a life worthy of the Gospel and that you will stand firm and not be afraid in the midst of opposition. Phil 1:27-28
• Pray that your testimony will “bear fruit.” Col 1:6
• Ask God: to give you opportunities to share, to help you proclaim Christ clearly, to help you know how to answer others, to help you act wisely with the lost, to help you make the most of every opportunity, and that your conversation will always be pleasant and full of grace. Col 4:2-6
• Ask the Spirit to infuse your testimony with His power. 1 Thess 1:5
• Pray that you will always be prepared to answer those who ask you about your faith. 1 Peter 3:15

Pray for Them:

• Pray they would hear the Word of Jesus and believe the Father sent Him to give eternal life. John 5:24
• Ask God to make them hungry & thirsty for righteousness. John 6:35
• Ask the Father to draw them to Jesus. John 6:44
• Pray they would listen to Jesus’ voice and follow Him. John 10:27
• Pray they would see the light of Jesus and trust in Him. John 12:36
• Ask the Spirit to convict them of sin and righteousness. John 16:8
• Pray they will repent and turn to God. Acts 3:19
• Ask the Holy Spirit to set them free from sin and death. Romans 8:2
• Ask God to have mercy on them. Romans 8:16
• Ask the Holy Spirit to give them understanding of spiritual things. 1 Cor 2:11-12
• Ask God to remove the “veil” from their hearts and minds so they can see the glory of Christ. 2 Cor 3:15-16
• Ask God to “reconcile” them to Himself. 2 Cor 5:20
• Ask God to show His love & mercy by “making them alive in Christ.” Gal 2:3-5
• Ask God to bring them “near through the blood of Christ.” Gal 2:13
• Pray they will welcome God’s message. 1 Thess 1:6
• Pray they will respond to the Spirit with deep conviction. 1 Thess 1:5
• Pray they will receive God’s Word as His words, not man’s. 1 Thess 2:13
• Pray they will recognize they’re sinners and confess their sin. 1 John 1:8-10
