Kathy encourages and challenges Christian women in their relationship with God and each other through speaking and teaching. She leads workshops and training events and speaks at weekend retreats and special events across North America.

SAMPLE TEACHING TOPICS

Freedom of Holiness:

What does it mean to be holy? And why would we want to be? Take a journey with Kathy from Mt. Sinai to the foot of Christ’s cross. Experience God’s holiness and discover what holiness should look like in the lives of His people. Is holiness possible? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely!

Living in Joy:

Have you lost the joy of following Christ? Sometimes we allow busy lives and difficult circumstances to steal the joy God says is ours. Kathy will show you truths from God’s Word that will help you recapture the joy of Jesus!

Before His Throne:

When a Christian fears God she has no need to fear anything else. Find out how a return to the biblical meaning of godly fear can radically deepen your relationship with God and free you from worldly worries. (This topic can be offered as a one or two-session retreat to kick-off a group study of Before His Throne.)

The Power, Position, and Practice of Prayer:

Prayer is miraculous, yet mysterious. We’ve all experienced God’s activity through it, but we don’t fully understand how He works in it. Kathy will lead you through Scripture to explore the power of prayer that God promises, the position in her relationship with God a praying believer must have, and the principles for practicing prayer the Bible teaches.

We aren’t Getting Older, We’re Getting Brighter:

Society tells us the older we get, the less attractive we become. Kathy humorously contradicts society’s view with biblical truth. The older we become in Christ, the more attractive to others His light within us becomes. You will not want to hide it!
