I’ve tried to pay “more careful attention” this past week to spiritual “drifting.” How about you? Although Jesus – the Superior One – deserves my full attention and complete obedience, He willingly humbled Himself and became man for our benefit. Because the author of Hebrews wanted to make sure his readers really understood Jesus’ superiority, he launches into another comparison in Chapter Three. Jesus is greater than their great prophet Moses! Let’s get started. Watch the video and download the lesson. Note: I’m posting discussion questions several times a week, so check the blog and join in!
I am LOVING doing this study, Kathy! This morning when I woke up I nearly ran to the computer because I knew it was the day to print out the next lesson. (Ok…I made coffee first!) Thank you for offering this Bible study online. We have recently moved to a new town and are having trouble finding a church home, so joining a study like this and connecting with a Christian online community is a blessing for me. Thank you for allowing God to use you to teach and share His love.
Living for Him, Joan
Joan, I would have made coffee first too! I feel so blessed that God would take this offering and use it in others lives. So glad He is using it in your life. We have moved a lot so I know what it’s like to be in a new place. Keep diligently seeking God’s direction for a church home. “Lord, show Joan the church family you have for her. Connect her quickly with Your people so she can be encouraged and find a place of service.”
